We are a leading school of public health dedicated to advancing the well-being of diverse populations through cutting-edge research, education, and community engagement, where our commitment to excellence is demonstrated across six Areas of Excellence:

      Environmental Justice

      LGBTQ+ Health

      Mental Health & Substance Abuse

      Modern Biostatistical & Epidemiological Methods

Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health

      Violence Prevention

Our faculty are engaged in cutting-edge research, innovative teaching, and impactful community service in several disciplines within these areas, including but not limited to: aging, causal inference methods, climate change, clinical trial designs, sustainability, global and migrant health, infectious and chronic disease epidemiology, prenatal health, pharmacoepidemiology, public health nutrition, population mental health, social and commercial determinants of health, statistical learning methods, and ATOD use.

We are particularly interested in candidates whose works align with any of these disciplines or, more broadly, with any our six Areas of Excellence.

Successful applicants will be expected to develop and sustain an extramurally funded research program, contribute to our teaching mission, mentor MPH and doctoral students, and actively engage with the communities we serve.

We offer an attractive recruitment package that includes a competitive salary and start-up funds. Candidates must hold a doctoral degree (PhD or equivalent) and demonstrate a strong record of scholarship as appropriate for their rank.

Tenure/tenure-track applicants must have a history of successful extramural funding as independent researchers. Join us in our mission to advance public health and make a meaningful impact on communities locally and globally.
