The
Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics invites
applicants for an open-rank tenure-track position at the
Assistant, Associate or Full Professor level in epidemiology.
Requirements include a Doctoral Degree in epidemiology, or in
related field with additional epidemiology training. Academic
rank will be commensurate with experience.
Areas of ongoing research within our
department include women's health, reproductive/perinatal/pediatric
health, psychiatric and addition epidemiology, aging and
neuroepidemiology, cardiovascular epidemiology, cancer
epidemiology, environmental health, COVID-19, health services
and health policy, health equity, and social determinants of
health. We welcome applicants who have complementary areas of
research, a strong record of scholarship, and either evidence
of or potential for an independent, externally funded research
program with national visibility. Teaching in graduate (MS,
PhD), professional, and/or undergraduate programs is expected,
along with mentoring graduate students and post-doctoral

partnership with Henry Ford Health System in the Detroit
