Department at Baylor Scott & White Health (BSWH) Dallas
develops and executes epidemiologic and comparative
effectiveness research studies and programs to describe and
improve patient management and outcomes.
It is expected that
the Project Coordinator is, or will become, familiar with the
various steps required to execute research projects. The
Project Coordinator will provide key support in managing
multiple research projects executed within the Epidemiology
Department at BSWH.
Education and Skills
College Degree with 2 years of working experience in
project/program management or Master’s Degree with research
Strong Ability to monitor study progression and study sites
according to protocol monitoring guidelines.
Provide support to grant research development (application
rules and formatting, budget, and submission).
Perform key tasks to support all aspects of project execution
(including regulatory projects’ compliance and coordinate
study-monitoring) and management (including ensuring that
appropriate billing or charging mechanisms are in place).
Provide projects’ administrative support (including IRB
applications, renewal, and invoicing).
